Termination and Refund Policy
As evidenced by payment of any invoice delivered to Client by SSG Web Services, LLC (SSG), both parties agree to the following:

Client may at its sole discretion terminate any Agreement by and between SSG Web Services, LLC. (SSG) with a written notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement, and upon a 2 week notice to include the requested date of termination.
Upon receipt of the Client's intent to terminate an agreement with SSG, SSG will immediately cease any further work on behalf of the Client. Client will immediately remit any funds due to SSG and upon receipt of such funds, SSG will deliver (electronically) all work produced as a “work for hire” to Client. Upon the termination date as requested by Client, SSG shall have no further responsibility to Client. Client will have no right to any refund for work produced and delivered through the termination date.

Reserves the right to terminate, at its sole discretion, any agreement to produce work for any Client, provided that SSG notifies Client in writing and with a 2 week notice of its intention to terminate its business relationship with Client. If SSG elects to terminate, at its sole discretion, any Client agreement SSG will immediately deliver all work produced on behalf of the Client to the point of termination. Upon delivery of all work for hire SSG will have no further responsibility for the Client’s website or any assets that are part of this website. In addition, SSG will have no responsibility to provide any further services to Client, nor will SSG be required to provide any refund for work delivered.
Client is responsible for the following:

Client shall deliver all content, PDFs, and images within 2 business days of a request by COMPANY to do so.

Where SSG provides any original content, images, or edited content, Client shall approve such items within 2 business days of delivery to Client via e-mail.

Client shall approve all requests for approval of any miscellaneous items or items not mentioned herein, within 24 hours of request for such approval. In the event that the Client fails to timely approve any request within 24 hours, and where an extension has not been mutually agreed to, such requests shall be deemed approved.

Client shall immediately pay any charges peripheral to the design, delivery, and publication of the Client's site, as long as such additional expenses have been pre-approved by the Client. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to, payment for domain ISP, email, web servers, and photo publication rights.
in the event that Client ceases to respond to SSG for any requests as defined above for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of request, and an extension has not been mutually agreed to, any Agreement by and between such Client and SSG will be deemed immediately terminated. SSG will deliver, via e-mail or any other method it elects, r make available via access to electronic work provided on behalf of Client up to the time that termination is triggered. SSG will also transfer any assets and work for hire to the Client using the Wix site transfer capabilities. In this event, SSG will be under no obligation to provide any refund to Client, nor shall SSG be under any obligation to provide any further services to the Client.

In the event of any unresolved dispute by and between SSG and Client. Both parties agree to utilize a mutually agreeable 3rd party mediator for final adjudication of a dispute. Parties Agree that the selected mediator will be registered with an Ohio Court of competent jurisdiction within Cuyahoga County.
Generally, SSG will be under no obligation to provide a refund or to provide further services for any Delivered Work or Service upon any termination trigger.
