Service Management and Network Expense Management are professional services delivered using SSG’s specialized staff and web-enabled Telecom Management Software. Service Management.

• Call detail processing and reporting - Automated (polling of PBX/ACD locations) call detail record and processing, directory integration, and fraud detection. Special hardware is required for CDR processing
• Contract negotiation - provides an industry-experienced voice to define requirements, prepare RFPs, and negotiate contracts
• Service order administration - order placement and follow-up ensuring services are delivered correctly and available when needed
