Solution Definition. As part of the Solution-Definition Phase, SSG first works with a client to outline the desired outcomesclearly defining the data and process to be refined. All of the proposed system elements, as well as a timeline, budget and benefits analysis are presented in the Program Definition Document.
Solution Implementation. During the Solution-Implementation Phase, SSG customizes the software platform to match the To-Be Processes. We identify and collect current system data and map it to the new systems architecture. The transition plan, which was defined during the Solution-Definition Phase, is now executed.The inventory information collection is executed after the base system is deployed and the processes and procedures are in place. All assets are tagged and entered into the system, allowing for highly accurate tracking capabilities.
SSG offers post implementation services including Call Center planning and implementation, PDA Services, Continued Best Practices development, AutoCAD updates and Solution Hosting Services.
Our Digital Facilities solutions are powered by TRIRIGAs FacilityCenter 8i web-based software. This best-of-breed software platform allows for extensive customization, while remaining fully portable and upgradable. Its flexible reporting function gives you access to your data when and how you need it.

Migration Services
If you have an existing FacilityCenter implementation and are interested in taking advantage of the new capabilities offered by Facility Center 8i, SSG has the experience to make this conversion risk free. We have a migration facility and can migrate your data either onsite or at SSG. All that is needed is a data definition for the new system and the existing 7.x database. If you dont have a data definition for the new system setup, SSG can also provide that analysis for you.Our team is comfortable taking data from a 7.X implementation and performing the conversion as a step in the total project plan.
SSG will deliver an exported database that can be imported to run with FacilityCenter 8i system immediately.
Additionally, SSG provides a service of performing data loads from any source. These are customized quotes. For a 7.X conversion, SSG will quote a guaranteed price for the conversion. Our team can do this because of our experience with TRIRIGAs products and the existing infrastructure and tools we have created. There is no risk in getting a quote for the data conversion effort.
PDA Services
Can you interface FacilityCenter 8i work orders with your PDAs? If not, SSG can enable this functionality, specifically configured to your environment. We can implement a work order process that is seamless from work request, to work order, and to the maintenance worker, by use of a PDA. The PDA is then used to update and close the work order. SSG developed the software needed to communicate between the FacilityCenter 8i product and most PDAs. If there are processes other than work order, SSG can automate them for use with your specific implementation. Additionally, SSG provides a consulting service to recommend the best use of wireless capability in your business.
