Carmen Siciliano is General Manager of Technical Services for SSG. Mr. Siciliano possesses over twenty-five years of managerial and hands-on experience in the IT field.

Prior to SSG, Mr. Siciliano worked in an array of management positions at LTV Steel. He has supervised large-scale computer and network operations and managed and consolidated data centers, which held enterprise wide obligations.

Within these positions he has managed and coordinated the resources required to support the productivity of interactive and batch computerized systems, both central and remote. He was responsible for providing users and outside customers with optimal utilization of resources.

Under his direction, policies were implemented that resulted in a reduction of operating expenses of 40 percent. In addition he developed a marketing and sales strategy that generated over $4.5MM in revenue for the computer services division.

Mr. Siciliano attended Whiting Business College and Fenn College.
